Some of the smaller saplings and small evergreens will be dug up from Isabel Park, before the weeds are cut in the park. The intention is then to replant them in the "Bare patch", the Conservation Area, west of Queen Bishop Lane and south of King Rook Court in an attempt to get some small native trees to take root in the area.
The HOA is hiring a 2 man post hole digger for use next Saturday morning for some of us to use replanting these trees in the "Bare Patch".
If you can help, especially in using the post hole digger, please let me know. I would also be grateful for any tree containers before friday to contain the trees dug up from the Park. We'll assemble at 5292 Queen Bishop at 9am saturday.
